Our drive at Private Property List is to empower and support you to self-manage the sale of your own property. We have seen the shortcomings in the current agent model of real estate and are sure you are sick of being taken for a ride with high commission payments and over-the-top marketing/advertising costs. We have stripped back the current model and now offer our customers more choices and control.
Why sell it yourself? If you’re asking this question then ask why is it that we BUY property ourselves. Essentially, it’s a very similar process, only in reverse. If we’re willing to spend a great deal of money BUYING a property ourselves, then why shouldn’t we have the confidence to SELL the property ourselves when the time comes. It’s really that simple.
We would love to show you what you can achieve by working with us. The risk to reward is stacked greatly in your favour so why not have a go. Just like Australian Idol, we will ride along for your journey.

Just about every industry on the planet has changed or is in the process of change. In Australia, the real estate industry seems to be lagging behind, still operating under an outdated business model that’s in need of a serious re-think.
We know that the overall industry perception is not that great and has lacked integrity for a long time. That’s not something anyone in the industry should be proud of and that’s why at PPL we’ve been driven to question the way things are done and to look for ways to engage more meaningfully with all the key players – vendors, purchasers, conveyancers and finance professionals.
At PPL we’ve decided on a unique business model centred on what’s in the client’s best interests – that’s our starting point. It might be helping them manage the sale of their property themselves (a growing market) or offering full agent support at a fixed fee for those who prefer this option. Either way, it’s a great conversation to have and an opportunity to share valuable market insights to better educate clients on the intricacies of a property transaction. After all, in this day and age isn’t it all about consumer education and communication?
We are also strongly committed to taking service delivery to a whole new level and have invested in some awesome emerging technologies to custom design a CRM that will blow your mind! It won’t stop there – we intend to be at the forefront of innovation and our IT support team will just keep pushing the boundaries!
We’re now ready to increase our market presence and are on the lookout for people who share our belief that it’s time to change the way agents do business. We can lead the charge for how we want the industry to evolve and we need people with the drive, the passion, the enthusiasm and commitment to help make it happen.
As far as PPL is concerned, it’s not about who has the most listings or is making the most money. It’s about working together in support of each other to achieve something special and to help change the public’s perception of a damaged industry – that’s our mission.
In return we offer a unique work environment where your success is measured against your own personal goals and aspirations, not someone else’s. You will work autonomously and we will support you to the hilt and provide you with what you need to be the best you can be. Financially, our business model, which is almost the polar opposite of a typical franchise or licence agreement, allows the agent to retain the lion’s share of fees earned – a much more equitable arrangement.

Pre-requisite: Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) or Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) but able to upgrade to the Diploma level.
